Events and scores now sync across tools in seconds

With the new 3-way sync, every event you add or score you enter in the Schedules tool posts to your athletics site and app instantly, and edits flow back just as fast.

Multi-Sport Registration

Parents can now register their child for multiple activities at once.
After selecting a child’s profile, they’ll see all available open registrations and can select as many as they need.

Registration: Remove Transfer Records

We’ve added a new feature to make managing transfer students even easier! You can now remove a transfer record directly from the dashboard. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

Sites: Import Rosters

We’ve introduced a new feature that eliminates the manual work of adding participants one by one when building a roster outside of Registration. Click here for step-by step instructions.

AD Assist

Event Confirmation

  • If there are multiple events for an opponent on one contract (i.e. – 4 baseball games), they will now all be marked as confirmed when the contract is signed, regardless of which event the contract was created under.
  • If there are multiple opponents linked to an event for a tournament, the event will now not be confirmed until all opponents have signed the contract.

    • Email Contract Inventory Report

    Need to email an opponent with the outstanding contracts?
    You can use the Email PDF tab with contract inventory. Upon selection of the opponent, it will pull the email template with email address for you. Go to reports, contract inventory and select which opponent you want to provide a list of their contracts waiting for signature and use the Email PDF.

    Registration - New Physical Uploads Capabilities!

    You each run a unique program and have different needs - and we support that! To do so, we have made our physical uploads process more robust and streamlined, while allowing it not to interfere with your experience, should you choose not to use it. If you do not use our Physical Uploads feature, nothing will change for you. If you do use our Physical Uploads feature, here are the changes you’ll see:

    A new “Physicals Action Center” is now available in the top right corner of the home screen. It will appear only when there are pending physicals awaiting approval.

    Clicking the “Review All Physical Exam Forms” button in the Action Center will lead users to the new Physical Uploads Dashboard. This dashboard can also be accessed via the Admin Dashboard tab at any time. The Physical Uploads Dashboard will automatically filter to pending physicals. You can view and/or download the physical for each participant. You can also choose to approve or deny it.

    Users can toggle to the Declined tab of the Physical Uploads Dashboard in order to view any physicals that have been declined in the last 30 days.

    We have introduced new statuses for the physical forms when registrants view their participant profiles. This will allow them to more clearly see whether they have a physical that has been uploaded, is awaiting approval, or is approved.

    New Feature in AD Assist

    Streamline Your Worker Assignments

    You can now use a convenient drop-down menu to select the arrival and start/end times for your workers. This update eliminates the need to manually type each time, making scheduling faster and more efficient.

    In addition to using the Control Panel, you now have the option to enter and update scores directly in the scheduling platform.

    Direct Messaging to Coaches

    Admin users now have the option to send communications exclusively to coaches using the message center. This targeted messaging feature ensures that important updates and information reach the right people quickly and efficiently.

    New Feature in School Sites

    Enhanced Calendar Filters

    The calendar filters (sport, team, event, type, facility) now come with a multi-select option. This new feature allows you to select multiple criteria at once, making it easier than ever to customize and view events. Enjoy a more tailored and efficient calendar experience!

    Bug Fixes

    Seamless Navigation between Registration and Control Panel
    Now, when toggling between Registration or AD Assist and the Control Panel, you won’t need to reselect your school. This fix ensures smoother, more efficient navigation and saves you valuable time.
