Multiple Guardians Per Participant - February 2026



Spend rolled out an update that should save your team time and make things easier for families with shared (or separate) responsibilities.

What’s new
Multiple guardians can access the same participant in Spend. Each guardian gets their own secure login (no shared passwords).

What you’ll see in Spend
  • Multiple guardians listed under a single participant
  • Guardian emails automatically included in parent communication
How it works
  1. Log in to Spend
  2. Go to Contact Info
  3. Select Add Guardian (we’ll email them an invite)
  4. They create their own account — done!

New Overview Dashboard

We’re updating the dashboard to give a high-level overview of your organization’s financial activity and faster ways to complete common tasks—all in one place.

Here's what new:

All accounts balance

The top left section of the dashboard displays the total balance across all accounts.

Payment options

Users can transfer funds, send ACH payments, or issue checks directly from the dashboard.

Debit cards overview

Program admins can view a list of all debit cards directly on the dashboard and take actions like activating, freezing, or canceling cards—all in one place.

Fund status chart

The groups list on the dashboard displays real-time payment statuses—Paid, Processing, Upcoming, Past Due, and Credited—at a glance

Parent payment status

The parent signup section shows how many payment schedules are Sent, Active, Unaccepted, Undelivered, or Expired—offering a clear picture of athlete participation.

Toggle to previous view

To access the previous version of the dashboard, go to Settings > User Settings and toggle on Legacy Dashboard.

New Feature: Group Roll-up Overview in Program Tab

Now you can quickly view each of your group’s status at a glance from your Dashboard or by clicking into the Program Pie Chart.

New Feature: Send Money to Counterparties Via ACH

You can now send ACH payments directly to external payees. Whether it’s paying vendors, reimbursing parents, or covering coaches’ expenses, this feature makes managing payments simple, fast, and hassle-free.
