Ads & Sponsorship Program Overview and FAQs
Turn Existing Website Traffic into Additional Revenue
Beginning in July 2026, Snap! Mobile will introduce a new Ads & Sponsorship Program for Sites customers. This program is designed to help schools generate passive revenue from the traffic already visiting their websites without requiring additional work from athletic directors or staff.
No action is required at this time.
This is not Google ads and if you are already part of our sponsorship program this won’t apply to your school. What’s Changing
Starting in July 2026:
- Advertising placements will begin appearing on participating Sites websites.
- Snap! Mobile will sell, manage, and monitor all national advertising inventory.
- Schools will automatically be enrolled in the Revenue Share program unless another participation option is selected.
- Eligible schools will receive a share of advertising revenue based on website traffic and ad impressions generated on their site.
Your Participation Options
Option 1: Revenue Share (Default)
Participate in the advertising program and receive a portion of advertising revenue generated from activity on your website.
How it works:
- Snap! Mobile sells advertising inventory to national sponsors.
- Ads are displayed across participating Sites websites.
- Revenue is distributed based on the share of total ad impressions generated by each school’s website.
- Schools receive 20% of the eligible advertising revenue generated through the program.
Revenue Share Example
If an advertising campaign generates 10,000 total impressions across participating schools and your website contributes 1,000 of those impressions, your school would earn a proportional share of the revenue associated with those 1,000 impressions.
Option 2: Full Sponsorship Package
Reserve advertising inventory exclusively for your school and local sponsors.
Available packages include:
| Package | Includes | Annual Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Featured Inventory | Banner placements throughout your site | $1,000 |
| Full Inventory | Banner placements plus homepage modal placement | $1,500 |
A sponsorship program allows your school to monetize advertising space on your website while maintaining complete control over the sponsor experience. Schools are responsible for securing sponsors, setting pricing and contract terms, and providing banner creative files and URLs for placement. Your school keeps 100% of the sponsorship revenue and can customize the program to showcase the local businesses and organizations that support your community.
Option 3: Ad-Free Experience
Schools that prefer not to display advertising may remove ads from their website.
- Annual fee: $700
- Contact your Customer Success Manager to select this option.
Payments
Revenue share earnings will be applied as a credit toward your next annual invoice.
If you would prefer to receive payment by check, or if your contract is ending, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
How to Change Your Participation Preference
If you would like to select a sponsorship package or remove ads from your site, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Otherwise, no action is required and your school will remain enrolled in the Revenue Share program.
